But the data shouldn't you bother much because I think it will not be transfered to Gen VII games.

How do you input codes manually like that? If the caught data is correct, there shouldn't be any reason that I can't transfer it to Gen VII, since that's the whole point of the vc versions.

Hello, someone to teach me how to use cheats

1. I'm assuming you are using Luma CFW, Cthulu and ntr
2. make plugin folder on the root of your sd card
3. launch your game
4. exit then go to your activity log and open the second option, so your recently played games appear
5. exit activity log and open Cthulu aka cache tool and edit your activity log
6. scroll down until you find your game, the number next to it is the title id
7. on your pc, put the plugin folder with the correct title id for your version in the plugins folder
8. launch ntr and wait for it to boot back to the home menu
9. launch your game
10. press select, turn cheats on, then select your cheats, exit the menu
11. profit!

afaik gen2 doesn't record what ball you catch them with so just get yourself 99 masterballs either with cheat or save editor.
PKhex can do it. I think you can unlock all room deco with that too

launch your game and let it create a save file
go into your activity log and open your recent games(2nd option), it should register Pokemon Crystal as a recently launched game
download and install this: https://github.com/Ryuzaki-MrL/Cthulhu/releases
afterward launch Cthulhu (doesn't matter whether you use the cia or 3dsx) and select edit activity log
look for Pokemon Crystal in the list and the number right next to it is the title id for your currently installed version
