Thanks mate. I believe it was pcsx rearmed (as per your vid) but is there a way i can tell? Is adding additional cores as simple as using Hakchi vanilla?
That should be the correct core. Something with neon in the title. If you go into the retroarch menu and select load core it will list the cores you have installed. Adding cores with usb is super easy. Just create a "transfer" folder (ALL LOWERCASE) in with your games and saves folder. Put the core in there, and you're set.

Great, I will check it now. Just one more thing, when I want to add more games: should I use Hakchi vanilla and output to a local folder, then drag those letter folders over to USB? (+ is there a way to reorganize those new games into their appropriate folders, rather than all just on the main menu?) Thanks!

OK:) UPDATE 1-28-18 Complete Restructuring of the Set with several changes:) First of all, refer to the HOTFIX folder and apply the fix if you have any issues running NES/SNES, especially on NON-USB-HOST. Also, refer to the COMMANDS folder for a Command Line Argument Cheat Sheet (thanks shawnsub for the great idea!) that I made up for ease of use:) Use the appropriate Command Lines for NES/SNES, as notated in that ReadMe! Sega CD Fixed so that PAL Games now work with both Genesis Plus GX/PicoDrive. Multiple Cores Updated! Custom Borders Template Added (Thanks TheWez1981). Make sure png name matches file pointed to within cfg, before installing. Due to much confusion on where SNES9x fits within the context of other SNES9x Variants, it is now deemed SNES9x2016. It is also the ONLY SNES9x Core capable of running MSU-1 Games! I will get some videos out tomorrow related to some of the changes within the last 2 Updates! I will also do a Prefix Video, per request:) Two noteworthy things to mention:) There is a NEW Hakchi2 Variant that will progressively embody the combined efforts of DanTheMan827, Princess_Daphie, and Skogaby! Check it out! It is still a WIP. But, it is coming along quite nicely, and has MANY really cool experimental features! Do not forget to apply the hotfix, before using it:) Lastly, I offer an alternative way to grab specific items from my Core Set, without needing to download the whole shebang:) Thanks for the great suggestion DanTheMan827! Sorry for the wall of text! Enjoy the Update! Here is the Experimental Princess Daphie Hakchi2 Build! https://github.com/daPhie79/hakchi2/releases/ Alternative Link to my Core Set in Folder Structure:)

And, of course, the Update:) https://github.com/KMFDManic/NESC-SNESC-Modifications/releases/

Use PCSX rearmed neon and not rearmed.

Minor Update:) Alternative Link to my Core Set in Folder Structure:) https://mega.nz/#F!a9JHVR7B!Iti-eTx0fwxuv2vP0P4Y2Q UPDATE 1-29-18 All 3 RetroArchs Updated to have MAME 2003 Cheats Automatically Enabled (Thanks Shawnsub for letting me know enabling them was less intuitive:). Given you have my RetroArch MAME 2003 Cheats HMOD Installed, simply use R2 to access Cheats:) If only using SNES Controller, you can temporarily remap R2 to R1, from RetroArch Options, Controls. Minor Fixes, otherwise:) And, the Update:) https://github.com/KMFDManic/NESC-SNESC-Modifications/releases/

I've tried the new release, added the mods:
_km_genesis_plus_gx_1_27_18
clovercon , madmonkey-modules-3.4.112.hmod , tiny7zx and.
dtm_external_retroarch_1_21_18 ,

- all the snes games work.
- sega genesis and sega mastersystem games dont work.
I've noticed that all my sega gen. games have the extension .md
could this be the reason? I need to convert the games to the right "format" ?
I've also tried with the --retroarch command after these roms, and still it goes back to the main menu when launching
sega gen. games.

**HOTFIX UPDATE 1-29-18**

Revert BlueMSX Core to stable. Use Alternative Link to quickly grab the 12-24-17 one and replace the 1-27-18 one:) Sorry for any inconvenience! Thanks to monkey69 for the heads up:)

You likely need to reinstall the Genesis Plus GX Core. Using external retroarch can break some Cores if you do not uninstall them properly, before installing new ones.

/bin/md and /bin/sms both working absolutely fine. I am using 1-14-18 hakchi1 and the 1-27-18 Genesis Plus GX. I HAVE had broken Cores when doing a few External RetroArch tests. And, you can also cause a conflict by installing RetroArch more than once, which I have also tested.

So, first suggestion is to install Genesis Plus GX Core again, with hakchi/transfer and make sure the command lines match those I have listed. Keep in mind External RetroArch is NOT RetroArch. You still need to install RetroArch:)

KMFD: Thank you for all your time and help btw.
So using Hakchi2 v.2.21f
I should install (from the 1-14-18 reinstall forlder)
- clovercon.hmod,
- _km_genesis_plus_gx_1_27_18.hmod
- _km_retroarch_170_1_29_18.hmod
- dtm_external_retroarch_1_21_18.hmod

and it should work? :) Am I missing anything.. /md and /sms are there automatically there, when I add the games.

External retroarch is probably interfering with the process. You likely didn't install it properly. I would suggest doing an uninstall, then quickly redo hakchi1 process using the version in my set that you did it with before. THEN, install RetroArch and Genesis Plus GX You won't need to do clovercon, as I have it set to install in last update. But, I installed retroarch 1.70 and genesis plus gx 1-27 and have no issues. External RetroArch appears to be your main problem.

You can try RetroArch Options, load core, load the NON rearmed one, go to settings, information, DELETE Core. Then, if it properly deletes, only NEON should be used. Saturn games run, but super super ultra slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!

Daaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyytoooooooooonaaaaaaaaa!!!!

I wish it'd work better but even having it run is an achievement since Saturn is hell to emulate anyway!

if anyone's interested I have two covers I made for my folders (I switch them manually in the USBHost/SD folders)

I have a concern for multidisc ps1 games, I create the game in eboot, but I do not understand how to change disc, I'm good in disk control, disk cycle status status, disk index, I change to number 2 but it is nothing happens, if I restart, he tells me to insert a disk ps1

RetroArch > Settings > Disc Control > Disc Append > choose the disc

Anyone know how to check the cores/hmods that you have installed?
I'm using a non USB-Host on the NES Classic.
