Grab the EU 4.05 update if you have an EU PS4.

The PS4 can't be downgraded. It shouldn't say "OFW (Use this if you are upgrading/downgrading from a different OFW.)", lol.

But isn't PS4 region-free like PSVita?

In some situations, the PS4 CAN be downgraded. Not naturally of course, stuff like beta firmwares etc. I did change it up though.

I need the full 4.5 Firmware. The file posted is too small to be the full firmware. The full firmware is almost 900MB

I have done a HDD swap with a brand new PS4 and my on PS4. The brand new one came with 2.04 firmware, Is this correct reading above, the 4.XX or even 5.XX console I put my 2.04 HDD in to, I can use the firmware from that section and do a downgrade on that console?

I had a quick look on that SCE Party but the ones they have seem to be only update ones
