Hacking resident evil 5 version 1.2.0 (steam) for ps3/ps4???

Hello forum! I want to enhanced Resident evil 5 (and 6) multiplayer versions for ps3/ps4 with multiplayer full screen!!
I know the actually version for steam have this enhanced with version 1.2.0 BUT PS3/PS4 CANT DO THIS!! Any modder can port a patch for pc to use on ps3/ps4??
