Sorry to tell you... but as far as i know, you would need the japanese 1.0.0 (maybe even the demo) for this to work... also they are inside the console on 3.0.0 so no reason to do this

i'am on 3.0.0 just for this soley Reason. And i could just buy the import reset my switch and voila and return the other one.

I recently imported the Japanese cartridge version of Puyo Puyo Tetris, as I am on 1.0.0, and from what I can tell, the cartridge, as well as the demo, can also be used to access the browser, even on 1.0.0. The following Switchbrew page has some information on it...
