Hacking PS3 questions?

hi all,

I have some questions for ps3:

1) The Sngstar icon on my ps3 how can I remove t permanently?
cause every time exit from a ps2 game im booted back to XMB with Singstar.
im on cfw rebug 4.82.

2) since I have cfw and cobra emu, um my ps3 has a working BD (blu ray drive?)
or BD (backward compatible ps2)

if I would like to play any of my ps3 games,
I just pop in the disk and play like before?

games: (FF 13/13-2/13-3,Castlevanina lords 1,Tales of symphonia chronicles)

im pretty sure these games have firmwares less than 4.81 OFW.

Check the Webman options, if your version doesn't have this setting you can manually edit the file that generates it (http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php?t=92634&p=849662&viewfull=1#post849662)

Yes (eject any iso/folder game/movie backup first)

I checked my Webman, and it is MOD version. so I had no Singstar setting
ah well, looks like I'll manually have to remove it thanx for the link btw
also (Land) is = Us/JP/EU etc?

yeah, I'll do that, um since whenever I got back to XMB webman is loaded, do I need to disable it in order to play ps3 games from disk like normal?

also, can I use manaGUnz 1.30 on 4.82 cfw?

It's a 2-letter country iirc, but you will see it

Nah (in fact it's better to leave it enabled for fan control, disabling cfw for psn, ...), just don't load any game in any *man program or if you did, unmount it and insert disc (the webman features, I mean, with the actual disc already inserted)

No idea about that homebrew, but trying is free I guess
