What?!! No support for "The latest 3DS games - Pokemon Sun and Moon, Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, and Metroid: Samus Returns.." and No support for exFAT microSD cards?!! It sounds bad, have to wait and see anyway...
exFAT is supported.

If you review the our review, you see exFAT works fine on all models for 3DS games, only when in DS only mode, does the Acekard clone menu not like exFAT only FAT32 it found and correctly listed the DS game roms, all this can be easy fixed with updates to firmware and ds menu kernel files, which is already occurring as the problems the reviewers found were forwarded to the team last week, and soon an update will available on their site, and retail cards shipping next week most likely will be preloaded with the later firmware which is easy upgradable via the microusb port and your pc.

Read the review and saw the DS mode is not compatible with CFW (B9S). Is that something that can be fixed in future firmware? Or as it is, the problem will stay?

Still next week? Do you have an ETA?

After the initial review by our reviewer of pre-release flashcart, he been working with team on updating the cart and some of the issues, and he has posted an update to his review, with notes from stargate team regarding the updated retail version and upcoming new firmware to be released shortly this week, you can read it here:

Hopefully this answers some of the early questions people have after reading the first review, and it shows the new team is listening to early feedback and working hard on making this the best plug&play 3DS flashcart.

Funny on my SKY3DS+, I have files larger than 2GB on my FAT32 microSD...
Is there a limitation on Stargate we should be aware of?

Max file size of Fat32 is 4.00 GB. So there should be no problems there.
I ordered the Stargate, I will keep you informed.
4gb 3ds rom can't be used in a fat32 micro sd card, you'll have to trim it.

But card2 rom shouldn't be trimmed because the save is in the junk, unlike card1.

So you'll have to remove a few FF at the EOF.

My seller 3DS-Flashcard.com just tells me the retail Stargate 3ds is in stock in their site and I can get a replacement cause I have the review unit. Nice.

Coming from you, with your history with these guys, you'll forgive me if I'm not holding my breath in anticipation of any assurance involving the words "shortly" or "soon" as it relates to a firmware release.
