No. That's not at all how it works. Even with homebrew you wouldn't even be running digital copies of wii u games. The hardware is too different to run it natively, and too weak to emulate it.like the title says, is it possible to make something that reads wii u discs on the switch? obviously there isn't homebrew yet, but would it be possible if there was?
No, it's impossible and will forever be impossible.like the title says, is it possible to make something that reads wii u discs on the switch? obviously there isn't homebrew yet, but would it be possible if there was?

yea it can its what your call Mario Kart DX, Pokken DX, BoTW... ok sorry nintendo put the same games on a cart but the logic is still there lol.like the title says, is it possible to make something that reads wii u discs on the switch? obviously there isn't homebrew yet, but would it be possible if there was?
I mean... technically, yes? A custom driver for a USB disc reader? (assuming everything gets hacked) Not going to work for playing Wii U games, though. It'd be very useless, I'd say.
You should try to learn what "port" and "programing" mean. Just saying.yea it can its what your call Mario Kart DX, Pokken DX, BoTW... ok sorry nintendo put the same games on a cart but the logic is still there lol.
