Hacking Reusing hard disk with new Wii U Console

Hi

I have a external hard disk where I did installed multiple Wii U games in the past
I change my Wii U recently because the old one was not working anymore.
I would like to know if there is a way to use the hard disk with the games that were installed before
Or since I'm using a new console I will have to reinstall them all again ?

Wii U games do not work natively on the Switch. You will have to re-buy/ reinstall them with Switch version of the games. Also the Switch uses a micro sd card, not a traditional hard drive. Or maybe you just posted in the wrong forum.

The Wii U encrypt the hard drive with a console specific key so you can't access the games on the new console
