Is there a feature that allows us to unlock the secret storeroom (especially so that we can bypass Lottie's tutorial on moving furniture)?

Also, I'm pretty sure we used to be able to "Remove All" of a specific pattern with the editor, but last time I tried, it removed every pattern from my town. Is there still a way to do this without deleting all my patterns?

Nope, I don't think so.

You could use any save manager.
thx

From the instructions: "You might be banned from online functions if you change your TPC pic and use the Club Tortimer"
Does it mean changing TPC pic in game or changing TPC pic in this save editor?

I am guessing that means if you change it to anything other than what you can do with the ingame TPC Photobooth.

I'm almost 100% positive Lopez's initial catchphrase is not "Badoom" and that's what the save editor made it. I've had Lopez in my town before hacking, in 2014, and it was "Buckaroo".
I googled it to double check, and on the wiki's it says it's buckaroo, except for the list of villagers page on Wikia, which lists it as badoom. But when you click on Lopez's information page, it says it's buckaroo again. I'm assuming someone messed with it.
Anyways, I had a bit of an OCD thing with this lol, so I checked the game's file "STR_NNpc_habit.umsbt" from the update and I searched buckaroo, and it was there. When I searched badoom, it didn't find anything.

EDIT: I swear I'm confused... I found multiple images on Google that say badoom, but I've never seen that before. And everything else points towards buckaroo...

From the site I use for anything ACNL. It shows buckaroo for the phrase. I also have seen a fair bit with my own villagers that they sometimes will take on someone elses phrase if you leave the game alone long enough.

This is very strange. All of the sources I'm finding (whether it be images or otherwise) show both badoom or buckaroo. It seems Lopez can't make up his mind. Maybe the Welcome amiibo update changed it?

Maybe it offended some people? Kinda like how people got offended by the squid kids winning pose in Mario Kart 8 and they changed it with the update
That's the only reason I can think of as to why they would change it. Otherwise, they catchphrase was fine on its own and didn't need changing.

I don't know *when* it shows up, but near where the game checksums friend#.dat it checksums "mvplayer.dat", so an example of the file'd be helpful to verify what I've learned about it from code RE.
I know this is 2 years later but I might aswell post it incase there's anyone else who decides to look into the file. mvplayer.dat (aka mvplayer_plus.dat in WA) is used when moving a player from one console to another. The file is made on the target console when moving a player to it. It transfers all player data except unlocked badges it seems. So while the file isn't that useful, at least the mystery of it has been solved :)

Buckaroo is the name of a kids game by Hasbro, maybe they changed it because of trademarks or something.

Yea ik but surely that wouldn't cause a change in the game files?
Unless it offended someone. I know buckaroo sometimes is used in slang for sex stuff, but that wouldn’t make sense either. Maybe it was just a pointless thing, kind of how they took sick villagers away in the update.
