How do you deal with gamecube games that come into two discs like the Resident Evil Games or Tales of Symphonia? The OP only gives instructions for multi-disc Wii games, not Gamecube ones.

Updated OP, I thought it had that information previously.
 
That's what is used in the script back-end, so just make sure you're supplying the WAV file correctly :) My script uses another audio command line program to make sure that the WAV format provided is the right specification but you will need to make sure of that manually, there should be plenty of advice in that thread though, audacity is pretty good for modifying sound files.
 
If you use the vcbooter the gamepad will work with Wii vc games

That's weird cause i have super Mario 64 and the gamepad works no problem

Have to tried the -forcecc i think it is or something like that that fix recently made it works with nfstoisotonfs

for N64 VC, you have to use -instantcc in nfs2iso2nfs to make them detect the classic controller emu, on top of that super mario 64 is one of the early SDK titles so you also have to unpack its wad with something like wii.cs tools, then drag and drop its 00000001.app into GetExtTypePatcher, then repack it with wii.cs tools with trucha sign tik and tmd enabled, install that and THEN it should work properly.
