It is working, just tap the bottom screen are press A , with CC

Its the same on the real hardware just tested, it don't auto skip and save , are say press to skip lol.
I test Dragon ball fusion not update, it ok, citra 1.0.148 play ok
Dragon ball fusion update 2.2 is not ok, citra 1.0.148 play not ok

Recorded on a low-end laptop with Intel 4000. xD

I don't think it possible to apply updates to a Game DLC 4 Citra at this moment in time.

DLC Updates is Separate from a Game when when downloaded on a real 3ds

Think it goes into a 0004000e folder.

Thanks @drwhojan for the build (Citra+CC-MSVC2017_01_10_2017) with this i have perfect fps in pokemon sun/moon.
I have a question for you....i've noticed much longer loading times( for example before battles) and sometimes fps drop, can you tell me what's the problem and a possible fix?

Np, No sorry I'm just a merger not a source coder.

Although, small time maybe give it a go.. but that's about my limit.

Wright lads! ^, After quite some testing one by one of each emulator.

The last bleeding edge DKC Retirns last worked with was" Bleeding Edge 83", After this BE number upwards it did not load the game just black screen, but still seed "Newly created thread is allowed..." even though it did not load...

The one above makes it load, but no "Newly created thread is allowed..." so this was not it, and dose not say this in very much later builds.

What make it dose load up is a "BoostPriority" issue.

Bad sound is other issue altogether.

Might be a bad dump.
I tried using Asia81's HackingToolkit V9 and used PK3DS to randomize my game but after moving the files over and rebuilding it, citra cannot launch the game. Might it be becaused the rom became encrypted after I modified it with PK3DS?
