You can use a Linux disk to take all the files off that you need, after that just reinstall Windows

its dosent work anymore. I have to try it in 3 times

What do you mean it doesn't work anymore? Is the disc damaged or is it unable to repair it? If it's a disc issue just download an ISO from the web. If it CAN"T fix it then try the Linux solution above.

how can i get a linux free?

I'm just thinking that a PC old enough to be running Windows 7 is much more likely to have an optical drive.
extremly likely it has, but still usb is an option... (if it runs windows 7 extremly like it can boot from usb as well)

anyway. you guys telling him to use linux, which is great, but don't forget to tell him he needs to boot the live cd or "without install" option
otherwise he might just wipe the hdd in attempting to use linux to recover the files...

Something like MediCat would be more ideal to use anyway.

download the driver on another PC and transfer it to your current PC via USB or CD.
