Homebrew No region free!!!

So i installed luma3ds cfw and updated the firm ware to 11.5. After that i cant find region free in homebrew anymore!! So pls help me

You don't need regionfree anymore. Lumacfw already supports regionfree by default. Just put in your out of region cartridge or eShop title and it will load up just fine.

So i also heard that if i play out of region cia ,that game language can change to my 3ds region language
For example my eds is jap region but if i play usa region cia the game will be with jap language....
Is it true?

Nope. Depends on the game. E.G: America has Spanish LA, but if the game doesn't support Spanish it will be in English.

Yes. It can still happens. I play USA Yokai Watch in Spanish (on EUR 3DS). You can "change"/"emulate" the language it with Luma or HANS, tho.

Like Manurocker mentioned, Luma has language emulation which you can use to set the language to anything you want (as long as the game supports it)
Luma Locale Switcher can be used to change it.
