Homebrew How can i find the CID and the ConsoleID?

You can find the CID using a copy of The Biggest Loser.
As for the console ID, try decrypting a DSiWare .bin file that you have copied to SD using Data Management and look in the footer for a 16-digit string. That is your console ID.

Not always. Newer DSi revisions are not vulnerable to The Biggest Loser exploit.

@Carnelian you can dump your CID by launching fwTool with ugopwn (leaked FlipnoteHax). However, judging by your country, I'm guessing you don't have a North American DSi. In that case, ugopwn is not available for your console.

starting from where? how do I know if can or cant use the biggest loser?
 
Already did but don't know what to do after that.
Open up the dump in HxD. Copy the hex bytes (not the text), paste into notepad, CTRL+H and replace all spaces with nothing, save as cid.txt. Boom, you got your CID.
