So basically Nintendo flew out YouTubers like CND, RogersBase and Commonwealth Realm to San Francisco on the 2nd, to demo and record some game play of this new game they cannot talk about yet. CND says the gameplay is coming Tuesday (9:49), so that means the game will obviously be announced by then. If it's important enough to fly people out for, it must be big.

Well, the title said an unreleased game will be shown. Not unnannounced. BUT, at like 11 min in the video, he says something about "announcement" so it could be something big.
