Okay, first off, I thought I had a NAND backup. Turns out, I forgot that part. I basically wanted to transfer all my games/content from my N3DSXL to my N2DSXL and thought that simply copy pasting the tickets.db would work. Turns out it doesn't. I DO have access to godmode9 but I don't know what to do besides that. I do have a F0F1_NEW3DS.bin from when I installed b9s with DSIware but I'm not sure if it'll help/nor do I know what to do with it.

Any ideas?

I guess you can try a ctrnand transfer from your old system to the new one. decrypt9 or godmode9(I think).
The goal now is to get it unbricked.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Make sure you do a nand backup on your new2ds before you ctrtransfer.

It worked. Thank god. I'll make sure to triple check if I have my damn nand backup every time now.

One last question. This won't have any side effects now will it? My N2DS doesn't think it's a N3DS now does it?

No, 11.5 synced up the new3ds/2ds firmwares so they're running the same titles. They run in a context sensitive manner based on the system they're on so it should work right.

Hi guys,
Srry this is off topic but didn't want to start new one.

I looked everywhere for a N2DSXL NAND pinouts with no luck.

Trying to hardmod the new console, any clue?

How do you think I hacked it to begin with? I DID a system transfer but the content I wanted was GBA VC injects and fan translations.

Can I DSiware hack my JP N2DSLL with hacked US O2DS? I read they have to be the same region, but is there a way yo change the region of the hacked o2ds?

Region changed systems can't system transfer. Or at least, no one has reported being successful doing a system transfer with a region changed console.

Thanks, I'll wait for the hardmod information then. Need to know the pinouts.

I'll apologize in advance for not being particularly on topic.

I read this the last few days as "N3DS XL," but now knowing I was wrong, dude, what the hell?

My guess is the resistors are the test points ;)

At the same time, I said a long time ago, the only way to stop a hard modder is to remove the test points.

As for NTRhax, N probably is not aware of it's existence. They may think it's hocus pokus...

@zoogie I was indeed correct, the resistors are the test points ;) alt points can be found on the backside of the board as well.

Just curious, is anyone shipping a new2dsXL to you for science or otherwise?
It'd be nice to have a second opinion aside from the guy in that link I posted.
