Did you try booting without the sdcard in?
Yes and nothing. So I was able to restore nand and is says I'm on firmware 9.9.20? Now when I remove the SD nothing. So I tried updating and all goes good till reboot. Then hangs on black screen. Then I have to flash nand again. No fbi on health and safety. Tried to load up out hax and goes to the exploit screen then boots back to the 3ds home menu... I wanna go back to cfw but how? Thanks foe your reply

You probably just needed to update your CFW.
If you're using Luma the latest version that will work with A9LH is 7.0.5 and I believe it supports the latest 3DS firmware, get it from the Luma3DS GitHub. But I suggest upgrading to B9S when you feel like it, as current/future Luma versions won't work with A9LH. It'll only take a few minutes. https://3ds.guide/a9lh-to-b9s

As mentioned above, you're going to want to make sure you're on the latest version of Luma3DS that supports A9LH, which is 7.0.5. Put that arm9loaderhax.bin onto the root of your SD card. From there, assuming you have A9LH installed, you should be able to successfully update to 11.5. In case you installed an old NAND backup that didn't preserve A9LH, make sure you're on Luma3DS before you update.

If you want to be able to use new versions of Luma3DS, you need to follow this guide to replace A9LH with B9S: https://3ds.guide/a9lh-to-b9s

If you go into your system settings and it says Sys before your system version, then you know you're running Luma3DS. You can also hold Select on boot to see the Luma3DS version number on the configuration page.

That explains why it's incompatible with 11.5. You should drag the 7.0.5 arm9loaderhax.bin I linked above to the root of your SD card.

And yes, that's why it's not booting emuNAND. I would recommend moving your emuNAND to your sysNAND.

Power on your system while holding SELECT and de-select/disable every option you see except "Show NAND or user string in System Settings" (enable/tick this if it isn't already) and press START to reboot. Go to your System Settings and check if you see Sys before your version/number.

Nvmnd, saw you updated your post. You seem to have removed A9LH. Don't worry, just follow http://3ds.guide/ starting from here. PM me if you have any questions.

I don't think OP removed A9LH if it's loading the Luma3DS configuration settings at boot.

Update Luma first then follow this: https://3ds.guide/move-emunand

You could format it, but it's not required that you do. Some people get better results with a freshly-formatted card, especially when using cheap SD cards.
