I forgot to say I rather have better performances than better graphisms. I rather play in 60fps with 720p/1080p instead play in 4k and have 10fps.

I'll mainly talk about BotW because the rig you've put together there should handle all the other games on your list at 4k and native fps. For BotW honestly unless you just really have a thing for making a pure AMD system get an nvidia card. There are currently some bad bugs with amd cards on BOTW. They will probably get fixed eventually but the last thing Exzap said about it was that he didn't yet know why it was happening. The bugs are that there is a shadow box surrounding link at all times and lighting is messed up and makes rings around things. Also while there is no consensus on the matter there are several people reporting lower performance on AMD cards compared to Nvidia.

Oh wait one thing I forgot. Mariokart 8 will only work on polaris, and maybe fiji, cards with driver 17.2.1. From my understanding that driver isn't available on rx500 series cards. So if you really want to play Mariokart 8 don't get that card. Either get an nvidia card or get an older rx480. I have already tested the latest driver 17.6.1 with my rx 470 and the bug is still there.

let's say that with just 1080p graphic packs and all other reccomended settings i just cap 20fps outside and 30fps in the shrines (these caps are wii u dependant).
Normally i reach 18 fps.
A bit less on villages, but very playable.
I just have an old cpu, year 2010:
i5 760 oc to 3.2 GHZ
GTX 760
12 GB ram (4+4 and 2+2)

i cannot be more happier...it is almost the same frames i have on wii u (at least i do not noticed much difference, except the graphic is BETTER)

If you just going to spend that much money to play WiiU games buy a WiiU and the games, or hack it and pirate them because you would do that anyway with CEMU.

Try to edit next time rather than 3 posts at once. Thats not necessary. :)
1 week later:rolleyes:
On mobile it's a pain in the ass to edit a post.

I plan to play WiiU games, bur not only.
Cemu will be a bonus.

If I were you I would switch out the RX 580 for a GTX 1060 as the GTX 1060 performs about the same as the RX 580 and it is also more optimized for CEMU emulation. Also I'm not 100% sure if any RX 580s are currently in stock as they are all sold out or are hella expensive. If the GTX 1060 is not available where you live you can also search for a GTX 900 series.

With the second build I recommend possibly changing the GTX 1070 for another model as the 1070 that you're trying to get is a blower type and those types of GPUs tend to get pretty hot. I would recommend a hybrid card as it would blow out air from the back which as a whole remove hot air from your PC case and since it's water cooled the GPU will remain in lower temps compared to a simple blower type cooler. If you don't really mind the temps then go for which ever one you want.

^
The specs of the PC are nominal for CEMU and you shouldn't expect bad results as you have a powerful CPU and GPU.

-EDIT-

If you're planning on overclocking your CPU I would recommend switching out the cooler for a water cooler. However, if you're not planning on overclocking you could just get a non 'K' version and a cheaper motherboard which would save you a few Euros. I wouldn't overclock unless you die hard want any extra fps you can get.

This is what I recommend you'll be able to run CEMU at full speed there should be any problem about that
I also recommend that you buy your keyboard mouse and headphones separately you'll probably get better quality for your Euro :)

I run an Intel i5 7600 with a 1060 in my computer and I can run CEMU Full speed.. obviously running full speed is not perfect yet there's still a one or two hiccups one in a blue moonbut that's because of the emulator Zelda it runs great though

rip Bayonetta

oh and obviously you can switch out the GPU for whichever one you want but I recommend that you stick with Nvidia just because cemu works better with that

I used a 1060 6gb for 4K just fine. Sure you won't get a constant 60fps, but you'll be able to play anything at 30-55fps in most cases from what I had tested.

yeah you're right he's probably going to need a 1070 or 1080 TI for 60 fps stable
I honestly skip over that part it's honestly kind of weird the monitor that he chose was only a 1080p monitor
what is he going to be 4K gaming on??

Sorry, I should've specified. 4K@60fps with occasional frame rate drops due to the emulator and/or drivers. 30fps, I don't consider that playable really. You definitely won't be good at Mario Kart at 60fps.

But looking at his list again, I notice the monitor is 1080p and FreeSync. So if he goes nVidia, he loses that. Although some will argue against it.

I don't care about 4K, but I want 1080p@60fps stables in Dolphin/CEMU (I can accept some little fps drop if they are not every 2 minutes and not from 60fps to 30 or lower fps) and some PC Games I always wanted to try since I don't have a PS4 or XB1 to play them.

Actually I can't buy components from Amazon or different locations because I don't know how to buid them in the tower case. So I have to buy them from the same place (the french site I linked, topachat), and the site build it for me for 40€ and then they send it to me.
And once I got it, I have just to boot my USB key and install W10, update drivers and shit, then enjoy it.

For now, this is what I planned to buy:
https://www.topachat.com/pages/configomatic.php?c=69oYkumJBQ+HqQd4k/JKUPQU8l1xg4C7OtjUytUizsY=

Edit : I'm not sure, but I guess I don't need to overclock the setup I plan to buy, right?
I guess it's already powerful for what I want do.

For the watercooling, excuse me to be noob in the gamer pc scene, but I don't know really what is it and if I need one.
Is my cooling (the noctua) not good for my setup?

Also, for the tower-case and mother-board, I don't knod if I can find better quality (always from topachat, sorry...) for the ~same price.

Maybe you can help me to find something better and compatible with my setup?
