Yeah i have, im "ending" the guide, but back to my problem, how to start the Rosalina menu with out the "L" button/ how to start InputRedir? You should already have SigHax if you can run Luma 8.0 ..
Using KitKat.Yeah i have, im "ending" the guide, but back to my problem, how to start the Rosalina menu with out the "L" button/ how to start InputRedir?
And some people are more happy with it; it's only an addition not a replacement.I was going to look into it maybe being a Config file, but apparently Rosalina resets its settings upon reboot, so in order to boot it you would need to find a way to edit the memory in which it stores its instructions with the proper buttons.
This is not going to sound good, but you need to wait for a new release.
I mean, wtf developers. I get you tried to bring in a cool sysmodule, but lots of people were happy without it.
So i must wait approximately 50 days to get my "L" button or in the approximately 50 days the developers update "Rosalina"?I was going to look into it maybe being a Config file, but apparently Rosalina resets its settings upon reboot, so in order to boot it you would need to find a way to edit the memory in which it stores its instructions with the proper buttons.

How to start it without an entrypoint?Using KitKat.
And some people are more happy with it; it's only an addition not a replacement.
Oh its that easy? /sIt's probaly saving button combo in a file, find it and edit it

They won't update Rosalina for you buddy, you need to find a config file and edit it, or just recompile Luma with an edited source codeSo i must wait approximately 50 days to get my "L" button or in the approximately 50 days the developers update "Rosalina"?
How to start it without an entrypoint?
Have you seen the errors. Sure it has great features, but when it comes down to it, they are going to do a lot of rebuilding to make it just as stable again.Using KitKat.

What do you mean an entrypoint ?So i must wait approximately 50 days to get my "L" button or in the approximately 50 days the developers update "Rosalina"?
How to start it without an entrypoint?
On your 3DS -> Boot NTR Selector -> Wait until its back to the Home menu.
Wait for kit-kat to detect your IP, it should almost be instant. If it takes a while, take a look at the Common Errors/FAQ section near the bottom.
On kit-kat -> Go back to the main tab -> Hit Connect -> Give it a few seconds and Voila!
Recompiling would work. They won't update Rosalina for you buddy, you need to find a config file and edit it, or just recompile Luma with an edited source code
I dont have anything right now, not even FBI/ Homebrew....What do you mean an entrypoint ?
Read the thread.
Then don't use Rosalina if you don't feel like it's worth it ..?Have you seen the errors. Sure it has great features, but when it comes down to it, they are going to do a lot of rebuilding to make it just as stable again.
Maybe he shouldn't have broke his L button in the first place ?And if OP wanted to use Rosalina, guess what. He has to go through input redirection each time just to change the button combo, and then NTR's InputRedirection is very unstable and causes freezes left and right.
Maybe I would feel better if Rosalina stored its info in a config. but apparently I'm just a silly user who doesn't understand anything.
It is.The whole thing should be optional.
oicI dont have anything right now, not even FBI/ Homebrew....
Are you blind? Have you not seen all the problems with Luma cropping up with 8.0? Crash here, crash there, crashes crashes everywhere. It is.
Oh sorry, that im a noob and broke a Flexcable cause i dealed it with it the first time...Maybe he souldn't have broke his L button in the first place?
That would be very kind of you ^^@pandavova I'll see if I can recompile Luma and change the key combo.
No, I'm not seeing those god-damned crashes everyone whines about. Are you blind? Have you not seen all the problems with Luma cropping up with 8.0? Crash here, crash there, crashes crashes everywhere.
I'm saying forcing the user to have it in the source is a bad idea.
I wasn't blaming you, I was just saying that Luma devs were not gonna guess that your L button is broke.Oh sorry, that im a noob and broke a Flexcable cause i dealed it with it the first time...
Wow that's actually a pretty simple edit
