Did you update to boot9strap v1.2? That is needed for Luma 8.0 to work, as stated in the release notes.
Omg didn't see that and I even read the release notes. Give it to me straight, what's the damage?

Anyway to fix my mistake or is it RIP Pikachu3DS?

Did you download the latest hourly /latest stable version and use it?

I'm using the latest luma nightly and I can load payloads. I can start Godmode9 w/o issues. When I try to open the latest safeB9sinstaller is when I get that error.

EDIT: However I can start the console normally and access games and everything. I can start EmuNAND and SysNAND.

Now what's this about v8.0? hblauncher_loader no longer supported? Rosalina? (I see what you did there.) Only compatible with b9s v1.2? Ooh, boy... This is gonna be fun. Okay, so how do I update b9s and how do I launch The Homebrew Launcher now?

If you previously updated to b9s v1.1, SciresM linked to a build of SafeB9SInstaller on his Twitter that updates to v1.2 here.

Thanks a lot mate. This worked. It's late here and I knew I was missing something. Oh well, gonna install v8.0 and try some stuff before I go to bed.

I had this problem as well, make sure you don't update Luma until last. So get the previous stable release, that way the chainloader will work so you can launch SafeB9SInstaller (latest linked by SciresM) and install B9S 1.2. Then get the latest Luma, 8.0, and you're fine.

So locales arent working for me now nor layer stuff like FE echos menu tranation for example.

What do i need to change now this time?

Okay guys got b9s 1.2 and luma 8.0 but for some reason it's not wanting to load Godmode9 when I hold start on boot? Can anyone help? I get this...

... My 3DS has the 7.1 version, so the last stable version already in fact.
I put the stuff in the luma/payloads and well... Nothing

I feel like we will have to wait for a release of support for it maybe?

Did you put the updated files in the appropriate places? I wasn't sure if this helped but I deleted the config.bin in /luma/, I booted directly to the config menu after, went through that, shut down the console, boot holding start to launch the chainloader and update B9S.
