So I did a bit of research on how the Wii U is built, and I discovered that the Wii U NAND and virtual Wii mode NAND have their own separate NAND chips. So I'm planning to install the homebrew channel on virtual Wii mode , and maybe install some WADs (like a USBloaderGX forwarder WAD), but I'm afraid of something going wrong and my vWii mode being bricked. I think it's pretty stupid not being able to install Bootmii or Preloader/Priiloader , but how else would I be able to back up the vWii NAND and restore it if something goes wrong? Is there like an app I can use in the Wii U homebrew launcher? Or would I have to solder wires to the NAND chip and use a PC to get a .bin image of the chip ?
