i have B9S installed on my 3DS but I never use the HBL. I prefer to install using CIA or FBI QR codes.
Is it okay to delete the hbl and 3DS folders on my SD card?

Thanks but when I look in the data file in the 3DS folder, I can see a Cthulhu and freeshop files. I'm thinking I need these for this apps to work.
