Gaming MG1 and 2 on henkaku (MG3HD)

I have installed MGS3 from VPK in hope of playing a bit updated MG2, but while main game works ok, lauching MG1 or MG2 results a black screen, so...

Do anyone managed to launch eighter of those?

first: this doesnt belong here.
second: the mgshd collection on the vita only includes mgs 2 and 3 on the vita. mgs1 is ps3/4 only

you may just have downloaded a ripped/corrupted vpk where mgs2 is removed from.
have the hd collection here and mgs2/3 work fine.

the vpk should be about 3,5 GB by the way

He's talking Metal Gear 1 and 2, not Metal Gear Solid. Both are (or should be) extras included inside MGS3.
As for whether or not they're actually working with pirated versions, I can't say; I own the legit version but I don't think I have it installed at the moment.

thanks for the clarification. i didnt knew the metal gear games were included.
gonna try out with my copy when i get back home.

but the reason for the black screen might still be corruption.
so try download from a different source

Tried many besides that big 2in1, well if that fails im just gonna stick to msx emu

okay i just tried, and metal gear and metal gear 2 solid snake both work. and look a lot better then the original version.
gonna play it now
if you want to get it to work just get a mai dump of the game and play. only download tested dumps. good luck.
