Road to 11.3 CFW :

1) Find a 11.3 ARM11 userland exploit (Done. SoundHaxx)
2) Find a 11.3 ARM11 Kernel exploit (Done. But not released, wait.)
3) FInd a 11.3 ARM9 "Userland" Exploit (no info yet)

eh, arm9 kernel exploit is needed to r/w to the nand (or hardmod/dsiwarehax)
