Disregard the self report please, it may actually help to be here as there seem to be many who never check the homebrew/dev forum.

What we know so far

I'm only making this to help people keep track, mostly because tired of seeing "I'm on a9lh, safe to update?" stuff, that and I checked a few userland exploits.

FAQ:
Q: Why can't I launch HBL?
A: You need to wait for updated payloads.

Q: A lot of the normal methods still work, what exactly did they change?
A: They're targeting the HBL directly rather than individual exploits, in the long run it's actually one of their more smarter moves.

Q: Why will downgrading be next to impossible on 11.3?
A: They basically check your firm and now with the new arm11 syscall, it renders safehax useless which is what they intended, it also stops CTR method as well because it checks the firmware. (Getting very tired, I hope I answered and read properly xD)

Sorry if this post is considered clutter, just trying to be helpful and leave a cheat sheet so newbers can quickly see real quick.
If there's anything you can confirm working or broken, let me know and I will update c:

Updated the list. c:
Gonna make the updated stuff clickable
Expect more updates to come! It seems that the update didn't just break with the NATIVE_FIRM requirement, but also broken the older reboot code. Luckily it seems every dev has figured that out and are working on that as well.

Should we be surprised that no games were targeted this time? Seem they really wanted to focus more on the "Free methods" Than the "NEED TO BUY OUR GAME" Methods. :P

While i was making a joke i just wanted to point that out, but i'm extremly intrigued seriously.

But sound hax still loads homebrew so guess not all free methods are fixed. :)

But that 11.3 No downgrade survival mode is gotten serious. I don't think is relevant, but nintendo was probably pissed off about that Early Pokemon Sun/moon situation as well as that rumor about the NNID, or maybe it was that bug bounty hunter thingy i heard about that helping them step up the patching. :(

Actually what this update does is target the HBL itself rather than individual exploits as those continue to grow.
They also targeted downgrading with the new process9 update and the new added function. They worked to patch safehax with this intention.

Looks like Nintendo's been spying on the Temp with this one. Because these fixes have all been talked about in the threads :P
Hell, the NATIVE_FIRM requirement fix has been brought up hundreds of times by me alone.
