It isn't N64 so yeah....

Never the less, it can be a lot of reasons why it's just 30FPS. Save battery, processor not fast enough etc.
I think it have todo with the Switch isn't a superbeast thanks to it's portability.

Nope. It's a custom chip, so it could be based on X1, but it also could be based on 2-3 other chips instead.
