Afaik there is no way to know if it has online connectivity or not.
Also there's the DLC, and the Wii U keeps track of the played games too, it's not like it's impossible to know who played it before hand.

It is a zelda game, if it has online it is likely optional.

The 3ds tracks you when online too, and I played pokemon soon(tm) before release and no ban
also if you are really scared, turn off online

not actually true, by changing your date(not totally necessary) and keeping offline, its literally impossible to for nintendo to tell.

A LOT of people played Sun and Moon before the release and ONLY those who connected the game online got banned. There was a thread about that and other stuff. Those who didnt or havent are not banned. And then came the other BANWAVE but from GameFreak and again those who didnt werent banned

Im pretty sure there is a real copy someone.
Stores have already started to get there stock in.
Alot of time its a person from the store takes it home and dumb it.
Then they gotta find a place to host it and upload it.
Then others have to find it and share it.

It's just the NUS contents, no tik. And you can download each individually and wait a few hours for the limit to end or use some sort of IP changing thing or vpn.
