Guys! If I play from r4 dual core Pokemon Heart Gold and Platinum, PKSM doesnt see saves because they are not in 3ds sd card. How to use it?

You can't use it with a Flashcard. Use PKHeX with the saves from those games instead.

With the latest update my gen 6 pokemon in my pokemon moon savefile appear in the boxes with a red minisprite. I read the changelog and there is not mention of this happening, and hit has never happened to me before when I was using an older version of PKSM (4.0.3). Is it supposed to be like this?

It was in the previous changelog.

Added: Red X flag to mark stuff transferred from gen6 to gen7 before the official time to do it.

• Do you have to worry about it? NO! It's just a friendly reminder that those elements have to be fixed with the next update of the application.

The function that allows you to fix the red X flag on a gen6 element has been removed from the common use. It'll be re-added when gen6->gen7 transfer will be fully documented. Thanks @SciresM for clarifications.

I wanted to ask how to use this for games like BW2 since it won't read DS/i cartridges? I'm confused on that

I'm supposing you can't because you're on homebrew launcher, you should state that, too. Given this supposition, you have to trigger PKSM with PokeTransporter or Dream Radar

OK I'm new to this forum and I also just figured out homebrew and how to use PKSM, which tysm and amazing work on it. Simple, easy to use, and free. . .Awesome!
Now I do have a couple of inquiries, event gen 7 mons like Magearna and Marshadow, are they gennable through this or is it a no go for now? Also is it possible to modify ribbons yet through coding option in top right corner or is that a no go as well?

Magearna and Marshadow currently are not able to be genned, but it is possible to edit ribbons. To change ribbons you'll need to use the hex editor (the purple numbers and letter near the image of the pokemon you're editing). Look for the 4th row of code from the top and the first 7 sections of code in that row will give you options for all the ribbons on the bottom screen.

OK, hopefully they get added, Magearna I'm not too worried about, I just gotta dupe the one I have from the QR event and modify from there, I was able to get ancient Magearna and the shiny of each.
And yeah I see the ribbon options now, battle tree ribbons doesn't apply but I doubt that's a big deal xD
But now I can make event mons non event

Margearna and Marshadow are not generatable individually yes but if you imput the living pokedex they are both there.

Hey guys, I've got a friend trying to use PKSM with Black 2, the only problem is he doesn't have Poketransfer or Dream Radar to launch from. Are there any other alternatives?

BTW, he's using the Homebrew Launcher version as he's on 11.3 already and doesn't have CFW.

No alternatives, if he wants to use PKSM with those games, he must pay for those applications.

didnt it come with the official pokebank? but i guess you have to subscribe to be able to download it.. i could be wrong.. havent used the official app since forever..

It wouldn't matter, because poke transporter relies on the pokemon bank and you having a subscription, since it transports directly to the bank.

But you don't have to have bought Pokebank to have downloaded Poketransporter. And as long as you have it downloaded you are good. Otherwise this app wouldn't work for certain games on the homebrew menu without an internet connection.
