Hey Guys, i have you question i have installed Cemu and have the newest Crimson Driver 17.2.1.
When i start Mario Kart 8 it won´t load the Game it only stuck at the Mario Kart Screen.
When i install an older Driver (16.8.3) it works, is there a workaround for the newest driver?
What is is the newest driver that works?

My System Specs are I5-6400/RX480 8G/ 8G Ram/Win10
Im running the game by starting the Turbo.rpx.

THX for your help

just download any cemu prior to 1.5.3 (i guess), copy your current savegames(SM3DW and CTTT), open CTTT and there you should be able to play the bonus levels, play one level and save, then copy your savegames back to your current cemu version, it worked for me...

GREAT!!!, nice trick. I'll try it this afternoon. At least I'm not the only one with this "problem". I hope @Exzap could fix this issue in the future.

Regards

the last one works -> 17.1.2
don't know about a workaround
maybe this will be fixed in the next Cemu Update

any news for a new Cemu Version? [emoji4]

I hope Bayonetta 1 can get a fix for the save crash at the very start of the game, im not going to use someone elses save rather do the game myself :)

No. It'll be announced when it is published, as always.

First off, thats only Polaris GPUs, not AMD in general. (see my AMD Edition videos/sig)
Second, in the few titles this happens in it can be greatly reduced/become nearly unnoticecable by simply using a higher resolution graphic pack. And in the case of Xeno theres an optional graphic pack in the community graphic packs repo that removes it completely if it still bothers you.

I think this is still an issue with overlays, dunno if it''s only certain titles or if certain settings cause it, but I've seen this happen to Nvidia as well. (usually in MK8)
Where i can download the community graphical pack?

IRC older versions of Cemu required you to rename files to run the Eur version
as US version in turn creating saves with the US ids also.

I've made some adjustments to the current graphic packs and have made my own.
All of the graphic packs now upscale the gamepad, and now have 1440p versions.

I'll be updating this over the next few days, so feel free to check back once in a while!

Theres been quite a few changes/updates to the repo since this was posted btw.
Also I'm going to add this to my sig, as a contributor I'm surprised I haven't done this already lol.

No need to do this (rename files) because SM3DW and CTTT are both EUR versions. The trick from @Hottie was right. The extra leves are avalaible again. Thank you so much

What's the folder name id of the Eur SM3DW save?
I imported US SM3DW which has ba3b92b5 but my CTTT is
the Eur version e7a9f87a.

May have found the bug.

Fix:
The folder name that contains the CEMU.exe cannot have any spaces (including root folder).

For example if it's located D:\CEMU Emulator\Latest version\CEMU.exe change to D:\CEMUEmulator\Latestversion\CEMU.exe

Restart the launcher and re-run the wizard.

Please try this and report back. Thanks.
works fine now. thx

Thank you for this fix. Where is the config file?. I need to delete it to configure again with a clean list.

Update: I found it in "C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Local\Steven_Reynolds_UK\CEMU_Game_Launcher_v3.1.e_Strongxxxxx.....\3.1.0.0", i delete it, run it again and show the same config before delete it!

Just re-run the wizard.

For info. On startup, the launcher will find any new games added to the wiiu game folder automatically (once initial config is done). Also any game that you remove from the wiiu game folder will be automatically removed from the launcher.
