If that's the case, then why hasn't it worked for other regions?Hasn't NTR always worked for Japan 3DSes?
Got a EU console. NTR boots fine. 11.3NTR works on my japanese and us 3ds.. both on 11.3
Plus aren't there even users on here who use EU 3DS and NTR?
I'm confused at the point of this post..
Assuming OP knows that, it *is* called NTR CFW still because the creator was probs on crack when naming it lolNTR is NOT a CFW.

Drugs tend to help me sometimes when I put stuff together, I wouldn't blame him xD It was moreso a jokeWow, meltdown-mode? @'cell9 is a workhorse for doing this project. You should ask him if he smokes crack before posting that.

I was just saying that the program itself has CFW in the title lol
You're thinking of customized firmware versus actual custom firmware.Isn't anything that kind of patch the system a "custom" modification? in this case they modify the firmware. So I think it qualify. A true CFW is probably the next step with Sighax.
You know that you described the samething? You're thinking of customized firmware versus actual custom firmware.
A customized firmware would mean that it's a small modification over something already existing, as in Nintendo's existing 3DS firmware. Luma3DS is a set of customized firmware patches, not a custom firmware. You know that you described the samething?
I know That's what I described before.A customized firmware would mean that it's a small modification over something already existing, as in Nintendo's existing 3DS firmware. Luma3DS is a set of customized firmware patches, not a custom firmware.
A custom firmware would mean that everything is created by a third part, from scratch. Instead of bits and pieces going over existing firmware.
