Hacking Can't boot to hourglass9 while holding start.

Hello, So I'm new to this whole thing. I'm following this guide to hack my O3DS that I bought the other day.
So, I'm stuck at "Section IV - Restoring the System".
Which says "Boot your device while holding (Start) to enter Hourglass9".

booting to Luma3DS while holding select seems to work just fine.

I've tried:
1) renaming the hourglass9.bin from start_hourglass9.bin to y. or down. but still didn't work.
2) redownloading the files again and it didn't work.
I have these files on my SD cards:

no problem. this is the third playloads folder I´ve seen in like 2 weeks
