Was watching the video of the 1-2 switch game play. They use the Right Joy-con IR sensor.

It looks like it wont be a copy of the wii mote but something much better. Its not just used for tracking but used for shape tracking.

ahh video was suppose to to be loaded to the correct time.
It starts at 21min.

Its a food eating game. He aims the IR into his mount and open and closes his mouth to act as if he is eating.

lol, yea it is pretty crappy and so are some of the other games in the 1-2 switch game like milk.
But its a simple tech demo that was very easy for them to make.
I do wonder what else the IR will be used for. I see a video that it can see paper, rock , scissor
