With freeshop, completely safe, just funny use cheats online. If you install the cia of a game that isn't released yet however that will get you banned if you play it online.

Not necessarily. Iirc pokemon moon was the only case where it hit people hard, because people were playing it online like over a week before release. But also that's just a plain stupid thing to do.

Well the same thing happened with Mario maker i believe and nobody was too hyped about that. Because of pokemon moon, now people will get banned.
