EDIT!
Shieeet, Topis should sound "Blue Led of Death" :P

Hello!
I hope you can help me with my problem.

My configuration is: New 3DS XL with newest Luma3D and 11.2

I fallowed guide and succesfully installed CFW. I was able to succesfully instal CIAs and everything was perfect.

BUT! Today i start my console from Sleep Mode, and screen just Blink and console shut down. Now, when i press power on, Blue led turns on for 2 seconds, speakers make little pop sound and console turns off. If i try start it with DPad up/Start/Select pressed blue led immediatly turns off.

:(

What can i do?

It sounds like a ribbon cable problem, it's not blue screen of death anyway(bootrom error), but it's strange cause I suppose your console is new
EDIT: Or maybe you're missing some files, but you said it was working so IDK

This might sounds really stuppid, but, it might be your sd card that got corrupted. which its causing the led to try to turn on but it does not, and i assume you did not copy arm9loaderhaxbin to ctrnand, might want to try another sd card with the arm9loaderhax.bin from luma in it first ;D

That definitely sounds like your ribbon cables are damaged. Have you dropped it or something? I dropped mine recently and it only boots when the screen is half open and my 3ds does the popping sound too if the screen is fully open. Try to turn the console on in different screen angles if that works then you need to replace those cables.

First of all check your SD card integrity, it looks like arm9lh cannot be loaded. Then try all the stuff these guys say.

about 99% sure this is your problem as my daughter's o3ds had the exact same symptoms(blue LED comes on for about 2 secs. Speakers pop then the system cuts off) try holding the screen at different positions when you are cutting it on. May work if the ribbon is loose and not detached yet.
