Hacking Health and Safety issue

Hi. When i was installing a9lh on my 3ds back in last summer i accidentally injected my 11.0 emunand on my
system without installing a9lh properly.
Now the health and safety app is gone. i know that i have fbi installed on it btshould i worry about it?
when i downgrade with ctrtransfer to 2.1.0 and install a9lh will the app be on my homemenu again?

tbh, I'm not sure. when u update the sysNAND, fbi will still be injected in H & S which suggests that that's not touched. I don't know if another person's H & S will work or not. the original a9lh tutorial has u inject fbi into the H & S tile that u extract, so I dunno. this probably hasn't been helpful.

there is no need of emunand, just keep NAND Backups like every two weeks or something

I understand the feeling. I have redNAND on my Wii U, because I've bought 75 games digitally. I'm not going to install anything on the sysNAND aside from haxchi which I use. there's too much money to be lost if something goes wrong.

well anyways and I´d suggest to change your username to multipleNAND if do so

well if you don´t mess around with download play there shouldn´t be any reason to lose a9lh

a9lh is permanent especially if u install it to ctrNAND. I'm using a9lh with the 3ds since I didn't buy any digital games for it. I guess that's what it comes down to. if u didn't buy any games digitally for the system, u should do it. that's my thinking. digital games up the price of the system if something were to go wrong.

ok. One more thing. When first starting up luma how can i access the config menu again

select accesses the config menu. I don't know how u can access it while the system is running.
