citra can trade pokemon from x and y to sun and moon? or citra can play online?
Forget about online for anytime soon, no one will work on this kind of implementation until the emulator is stable enough.
About trading monsters, check this https://github.com/citra-emu/citra/pull/2232 "This allows games / applications to access a save data archive that belongs to others."
Maybe this will do it, maybe not.

The only way to transfer Pokemon from Gen 6 to Gen 7 is the use of PokeBank which uses Online.
Better way to transfer is use PKHex. Just simply copy the Pokemon's IVs/Evs, stats, and levels to Sun and Moon save.
PKHex corrupts Sun and Moon saves if you are not careful, by the way. Thanks, Nintendo.

Tested the latest Bleeding Edge Build:
  • Pokemon XYORAS is close to 60FPS(around 30-60FPS)
  • Like the previous build, fixed outlines
  • Pokemon SunMoon is still the same
  • No new games
  • Added Geometry Shader(Particles)

This is the beauty of the Outline fixed in the Bleeding Edge!
