Hacking Downgrading 11.0/11.1 without second 3DS

I have an O3DS on firmware 11.0.
Should I just leave it and wait since I don't have a secondary 3DS with a CFW? I do however own a DSi.

You could buy the Legends of Exidia on the DSi, but I'm not sure how you'd inject the save into it before the system transfer.

If anything, I'll wait it out. If nothing comes of it without a second 3DS on CFW already, I'm not too hurt.
I at least have my Ps Vita for homebrew goodness.

Is there any kind of DSi save tool for NDS flash carts, where you can do stuff with DSi saves? Because that would be super convenient only needing a DSi for the System Transfer portion.

Nooo idea. I only started looking into CFW/hacks for my 3DS because it hasn't been updated in a hot minute. I'm a huge noob when it comes to anything 3DS other than some games haha.
