PAL SNES on NTSC TV

Does anyone know if a PAL SNES works on an US TV? Specifically, an LG or Vizio TV?

In that case you might need something like this.

If you can find the TV's manual online it should tell you what video signals it supports.

I can't find the manual online, but my LG TV model is 55LM6400.

It looks like you'll need a converter box.

Also .bin files are containers, usually for disc images but can be used for game ROMs and the like.

So you are saying the LG TV doesn't support PAL?
