If 2812 is banning on a mac level, would changing out the wifi card for a new mac address work? Well, you'd have to make a new NNID/Get a new serial number too though

this could potentially work, there are methods to unban console bans (serials) and to clear your NNID. That being said, someone also said something about the cert file being responsible so I wouldn't try it yet till one of the people who know what they're doing gets on and posts.

There is, but they end up directing you to call them. I guess it depends on the severity of the situation. I tried to do a transfer of NNID from one to another, and the person, I'm pretty sure they were a bot, concluded that I had to call customer service.

I have called to customer service and they said me that It's our problema, they can't do nothing.
