Been looking for the QR codes ever since the first leak but i havent been able to find anything.

Find a site that makes QR codes and get the link to the CIA (as in the .cia and not the compressed file). Enter that link in the site you found and scan the QR code the site generates with FBI.

ive tried that before with other CIAs and it never seems to work.
