Yes, expect a new version of Cemu and new drivers for your card.
Thanks for your suggestion, but if you read all my post, I've writted than with 1.6.1 + old drivers NSL-U run at 60 fps.
Only with new drivers (date 23-10-2016) I've encountered this problem of a slow fps in NSL-U and generally in all titles. Is obviously that depend only by nvidia drivers and not by CEMU.
I'd like to say if another users of NVIDIA cards report the same problem

I said this because here has improved greatly when I installed the new drivers of my plate, was a suggestion, you do if you want.
 
30th anniversary amiibo dumps isn't running properly in Cemu 1.6.1
Rather than give the Mega Mushroom, it gives me the default Modern Mario costume, the same as from Super Smash Bros. Mario amiibo
Did someone else got the Mega Shroom?
Is the problem with the emulator or with the amiibo dump?

ps: Golden Mario and Silver Mario, also have this problem.

It's a famous scene dump
But I tried with other scene dump too and see, and I had the same results
They claim to using original amiibo for they dumps but I don't know for sure if the problem is with Cemu or with the dumps yet...

For some reason all games will crash with cemu 1.6.1. i use a GTX 1070. Did anybody know why?

You're not alone. Since 1.6.1 and my new RX 480 (both coincided), I haven't been able to get anything to run, CEMU just hangs. I'm not too worried though, it'll be fixed.

Exzap already stated that him would work with audio improvements and better compatibility, as well fix bugs reported for this version before release to patrons...
I think be worthy if him take some hours more to the release this time ;)
