I highly doubt they would. (They don't ban 3ds pirates.)

After install, delete from SD and install another. No limit.

NewNUSgrabber's database is out of data/inaccurate. You can use the standard nusgrabber.exe (newnusgrabber creates it when you run it) with the command prompt and simply run "nusgrabber.exe title_id" using title IDs found here: http://wiiubrew.org/wiki/Title_database

Make sure you get the right region and remove the hyphen (-)

I can download from NUS, but the archives i get, don't show .app, .h3, or so.
That matters in any way? And if so, how do i know which is which?
Help is very much appreciated.

If it scares you don't install system titles or game that don't belong on your wii u. Follow the instructions and be safe.
