So any game that has a WUD key should be able to be installed to the USB with the patched WUD Installer? Then I guess I should find that old spreadsheet that had over 150 or so keys. It should be somewhere in my bookmarks

You're talking about a title key database which is not the same thing. We need more than just title keys

Is there a way to tell what region a wud is? I have a Splatoon laying around but I don't know if it's USA or EUR.

You can tell by extracting the ticket and looking at the title ID area. If you want, you can send me the ticket and I'll tell you and put it in the ticket sharing thread

We do? Cuz as far as I know a .tik was a mix of a titleid and titlekey, and the spreadsheet specified both Encrypted Key and WUP Key. But if it doesn't work then, oh well, back to square 0.

You change byte "01" from 03 to 01, and you subtract or add 2 from byte 0F.

There are also instances where you have to add 2 to x0F

Oh yeah, I forgot, but doesn't editing the keys (the stuff about editing a single offset in the key) would break the signature anyways?

It does break the signature, which is why we're actually correcting it. It's unbelievably shoddy on Nintendo's part that the signature would vary only by a single byte

it seems to work great... tried it on 5.3.2 'MM' installs fine. now im just going to update to 5.5.1

i wonder if you can install to nand instead of usb?

You can, but personally I had an horrible experience using one, so I'd suggets you not to, or use it temporally and get a hard drive soon.
