ROM Hack Suggestion Pokemon LGPE Classic Wild Battles mod?

How feasible do you think it would be to make a romhack that restores wild Pokemon battles as they were in other mainline Pokemon games? Given that there are Legendary Pokemon wild battles already in the game, there's a starting point/reference to make from there at least. The catching mechanic would have to be modified, however.

Impossible since we don't even know how to decrypt most file right now, it is impossible to find and mod this in the game.
