Last year sometime, I tried the experimental retroarch psx emulator, but I couldn't get it to load my game. Haven't played with my cfw n3ds in around six months, so I am not sure what ps1 emulators there are now.
I still play with the Retroarch PSX Emulation ....sure its only 13fps but its playable for me on some games lolIts a shame. We were soo close! :/
No, retroarch already uses n3ds speed features.Quick question if you use the clock l2 cache feature of Luna I heard it spped up stuff so can it improve the ps1 emu
not for the 3dsx version #RIP #NoCFWWhat? RetroArch cores have been getting a good 50fps in tons of games for half a year now.
that's because your using CIA version right ?With some configs, you can play Resident Evil on 50FPS. On my O3DS i get 30-55 FPS average, when N3DS can get more than that.

it does run like poop lol but I think I am the only one who plays like thatYes. I've heard that without kernel access, the emulator runs like poop.

well I mean on the 3dsx version of the PlayStation Retroarch emulator sure they probably run like a slug on CFW (CIA) but every game runs like a slug on the 3dsx one lolIs not only you. 3D-intensive games like Silent Hill or Ace Combat runs like a slug.
In that particular case, you're better off playing the DS-native port, anyway. With some configs, you can play Resident Evil on 50FPS. On my O3DS i get 30-55 FPS average, when N3DS can get more than that.
