The rxtools folder removal is no issue, But why are are you using bigbluetitlemanager not fbi?

we need more information, old or new 3ds, what entry point are you using and what is your firm ?

Okok,i've done the tutorial step by step. After i finished the tutorial(also the menuhax issue) i deleted the rxtools folder in the root of the SD.After that i tried to install some app(Super star wars virtual console) but when i try to open it the black screen appears(hold the power button etc..).I tried to switch in the sysnand by the menu(i checked ''Automatically boot sysnand'') but the 3ds stucks. That's all :'D

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

I don't think there is something that important inside the rxtools folder.

Ps. Bestemmia tocco di classe :P

@delgaucho A9lh or Menuhax, It sounds like to me that you have A9lh correct?
If he was following the guide he mentioned, I don't think he has A9LH yet.
Then this is the problem I can't help solving. Since look like both Menuhax & Luma3DS work find.
The problem may be the left over of rxtools.

Edit: I have some idea.... Could you try rename boot.3dsx to boot.3dsx.bak and then boot your 3dS?

You should not enable "Boot sysNAND automatically" if you don't have A9LH, in fact, don't use sysNAND at all, it's not safe since you could accidentally update it.
The reason sysNAND doesn't boot is because menuhax is triggering and Luma tries to load again, but crashes because it's already running. With A9LH this wouldn't be an issue, or you can hold the button to cancel menuhax autoboot once Luma starts to boot which will allow you to boot Luma in sysNAND, but as said, I wouldn't recommend using sysNAND without A9LH.
Have you tried running other games? It's likely an issue with a missing seed key, or the CIA is badly made/corrupted.

I've installed 2 virtual console games(that work fine on the rxtool's sysnand) and they don't work.I've no idea

You're best of using DevMenu than a ripped off version also known as BBM..
I don't think that the problem is BBM,i installed with FBI and i have the same problem

Ok so,to install a cia on Luma i must install it ON THE SYSNAND OF RXTOOLS.Now i don't know why,but i don't want to install the same cia twice. If there's a method to solve this problem...

Not sure if it's because you run Luma3DS through menuhax or not (I don't understand your current state of 3DS).
But, install twice for VC games is a common problem for user who run emuNAND.
The only solution I can come up is removing emuNAND if it exist, keep only sysNAND.
But as @The Real Jdbye said, I won't suggest you to go Luma3DS + sysNAND with current setting.
You should go A9LH + Luma3DS if you want only SysNAND.
