Hardware A corrupted micro sd

so i used to use this micro sd on my old android device
but then it got sort of corrupted
i mean i can format it
but when i eject and re-insert every file comes back......
like the files have found their home , and not even the most powerful force can erase them.....

so should i just keep it as a "magical thing" or is there a fix?
