Hacking a9lh not booting all of a sudden

well the light turns off when i turn it on i swaped it with another sd card and it boots. the sd i was using reads in the computer so it does not look like its a problem with the sd card how do i fix this and yes the arm9loader hax bin is on the root heres image of files on the sd http://prntscr.com/cnsq2x

it boots with another sd card so its not the 3ds problem but the sd im nomraly using still reads in the computer idk how to fix this

format the sd card and copy the files back onto it

Try to backup your data ( i think it's already done ) , format the SD with emunand9 and then restore backup

backed up data and restored it 3ds booted and says cannot acess data on sd card i reboot and now a9lh does not boot again it does if i use my another sd

You are telling us what the problem is. It is a bad SD card. Just because you can see a directory structure on your PC does not need mean the SD Card is working properly. It can have bad blocks/reading problems so that the files on the card are getting corrupt. Just get a new card.

i put the sd in another 3ds then put it back in my main 3ds and it works again kinda werid edit: then it stoped working again looks like the sd card dead

The solution to most problems is normally the most obvious, there is a reason people quip, "have you tried turning it on and off again?" Just saying in the future, exhaust your own troubleshooting methods before asking others to do it for you.
