I can't use homebrew launcher after 11.1

what to do ?

11.0 firmware, A9LH. Two issues with Luma:
1. With Version 6.1.2, I boot to a black screen. I tried manually downloading it and wiping all Luma-related data, still blackscreen on boot. 6.1.1 works fine. Why is this?
2. For some reason, the friends module patch doesn't work. When I go to the eShop, it tells me to update. ctr-httpwn works fine, but it's rather annoying to have to go into HBL every time I want to go online. Any idea why this is?

I think it is possible just with a NAND backup but the method is not noob friendly.

Could you link me to a guide or explain the basic steps for it?

I don't know how to do it myself, but do a search on maxconsole for manual system transfer, and you might find the thread I saw a long time ago. You'd probably need to do some further reading and/or adapt the tutorial for your own desired outcome.

Every cia is fine, as long as it isn't heavily modified (like pokemon rom hacks) you should be fine.
